Returns & Refunds

1. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) physically receive the last item in your order.
2. How to request a return
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us with a clear statement:

- •Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (optional).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a return shipping address.
3. Conditions for returns
Items must be returned in the condition you received them:
- •Singles: must be in the same condition as described in the listing (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played).
- •Sealed product (booster boxes, ETBs, etc.): must be factory sealed and unopened. Once opened, sealed product cannot be returned as the contents become known.
- •Accessories: must be unused and in original packaging.
- •Bundles: all items in the bundle must be returned together.
4. Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refund process
- •Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- •Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
- •Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- •The original delivery charge is refunded if you are returning all items from an order. If returning part of an order, delivery charges are not refunded.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) at no extra charge.
7. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- •Sealed product that has been opened (booster boxes, booster packs, ETBs, etc.)
- •Items returned after the 14-day cancellation period
- •Items that have been damaged by the buyer
