1. About us

CardDeckr Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17076419). Our registered address is 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. These terms govern your use of carddeckr.com and any purchases made through it.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or place an order. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the site and make purchases.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no contract exists between us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Payment

We accept payment via credit and debit card. Payment is taken at the point of order. All transactions are processed securely via our payment processor — we never see or store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate.

7. Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided items are returned in their original condition. Sealed product (e.g. booster boxes) cannot be returned once opened. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items to your original payment method.

8. Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Card conditions are graded to industry standards. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen differences. Product weights and dimensions are approximate.

9. Stock & availability

Items in your cart are temporarily reserved for a limited period but are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund for that item.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• •Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent activity, or have been inactive for an extended period.

11. User-generated content

By submitting content such as product reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content on our site. You must not submit content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading, or that infringes any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and design, is owned by CardDeckr Ltd unless otherwise stated. Pokemon and related trademarks are property of Nintendo / The Pokemon Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or disruption to postal or carrier services.

15. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or refer the matter to the courts.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
