Shipping Policy

1. UK shipping options

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. The following shipping methods are available:

Special Delivery Next Day Delivery £14.99

All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the next business day.


2. Order tracking

Tracked shipments receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. You can also view tracking information from your order history page. Untracked services (Royal Mail 2nd Class) do not include a tracking number — if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate.


3. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and, where appropriate:

  • Reship the order at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

We recommend reporting any issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve them promptly.


4. Packaging

All trading cards are shipped in protective top-loaders or card savers and placed in rigid cardboard mailers to prevent damage during transit. Sealed products and accessories are securely packaged with appropriate cushioning. We take care to ensure every order arrives in the condition you expect.
